The Challenge
Desportos Náuticos de Alvor, the leader in nautical experiences in the Algarve, faced the challenge of managing hundreds of manual bookings daily. The lack of a centralised system resulted in scheduling errors, lost direct sales and time-consuming manual invoicing.
The goal was to build a robust platform where customers could book in seconds, with secure payment, instant confirmation and an invoice issued automatically.
The Solution
We developed a Service E-commerce built for conversion. The portal integrates a dynamic availability calendar, payment gateways (Stripe/Multibanco) and a complete control panel for the team.
