Online booking system and inventory management for the largest nautical sports company in the Algarve.
The Challenge
Desportos Náuticos de Alvor, the leader in nautical experiences in the Algarve, faced the challenge of managing hundreds of manual bookings daily. The lack of a centralized system resulted in scheduling errors and lost direct sales opportunities.
The goal was to create a robust platform that allowed customers to book their experience in seconds, ensuring secure payment and immediate confirmation.
The Solution
We developed a Service E-commerce focused on conversion. The new portal integrates a dynamic availability calendar, payment gateways (Stripe/Multibanco), and a complete control panel for the Desportos Náuticos team.

Internal Management System
Beyond the public booking portal, we built a complete backoffice from scratch, a custom CRM that centralises all of Desportos Náuticos de Alvor's operations in a single platform.
Activity Control
Real-time visual timeline for all company assets: jet-skis, wave runners, kayaks and towables. Session logging with payment tracking, partner attribution and offline sync queue.
Customer CRM
Unified profiles that cross-reference bookings, concession visits and spending history by phone number. Automatic recurring customer detection with name suggestion and visit count.
Beach Concession Management
Daily sunbed and umbrella control with a 14-day occupancy grid. Automatic Excel and PDF report exports with revenue breakdown by occupancy type.
Dashboards & Statistics
Total and projected revenue, cancellation rate, activities by hour, new vs returning customers, and payment method breakdown, all in real time with auto-polling every 30 seconds.
Team Management
Time-bank with GPS clock-in/out, per-staff schedules, shift swap system with notifications, and a sticky shift bar for quick clock-in/out from any page.
Email Automation
5 configurable templates: booking confirmation with QR code, concession reservation, review follow-up, shift swap and daily report. Preview, send history and per-type enable/disable toggles.
